“Darling, so it goes, some things are meant to be”

Anthony + Josephine met through mutual family in November 2019. Anthony added Josephine to Facebook messenger. They were talking for about a week until Anthony asked Josephine out on a date. They ended up having coffee and the second date was planned out right after.

One year and 5 months later and Anthony planned a surprise picnic for Josephine at Wendy’s Secret Garden in Lavender Bay. They were enjoying the scenery and had food, wine and played puzzles. As the sun was going down, Anthony had one final surprise. They walked over to Lavender Bay when Anthony had another puzzle that he wanted Josephine to play on her own. This puzzle was “Will you marry me?”. As Josephine was completing the final pieces of the puzzle, Anthony had 2 pieces in his hand and blindfolded Josephine. Anthony then gave Josephine the final 2 pieces and dropped on one knee behind her to pop the question!

Anthony + Josephine enjoyed a beautiful ceremony at their local parish, Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Mt Prichard where Josephine was most excited to finally see Anthony at the alter. We took our bridal party for photos around Mount Annan Botanical Gardens before their reception at Novella on the Park in Abbotsbury. The room was beautifully styled by John Emmanuel Floral Events and guests were treated to a fun night of amazing food and dancing, hosted by MC Nando Greco.
