Dejan + Belinda met in highschool. Belinda says:

“Our connection throughout the years grew stronger and he was very much approved by family and friends. It was known by everyone that we grew feeling for one another, though, neither of us wanted to admit it, Belinda at least. Dejan was the one chasing me throughout our high school years, being placed in the friendzone, where we received the cutest “friendship” award in year 12. It was then at our year 12 formal that Dejan asked me to be his girlfriend which I was very much expecting and excited about”.

Their love only grew from there and 7 years later, Dejan was busy booking a trip to Queensland:

“He had been organising this surprise with my sisters for months on end without me having any clue. We got dressed up for our lunch and made a 45 minute journey to a beautiful beach before heading out to lunch. They let me know that we were going to a nice lunch spot that overlooked the ocean, I then asked what it was called ready to search the lunch spot up on my phone. My sister had to then quickly search a lunch spot that was in the location we were heading (which she was absolutely not prepared for). Dejan had organised for his cousin, who was a photographer whom I hadn’t met before, to capture the moment on camera. They then decided to quickly make their way down the steps to the beach, in the wind to take a photo in front of the water. It was then that my stomach sank and had a feeling about what was happening. He then got down on one knee after some beautiful words and asked for my hand in marriage”

Dejan + Belinda said their vows at Our Lady of Victories, Horsley Park and their smiles and happiness at becoming husband + wife was truly special. We went for our bridal party portraits around Sydney’s iconic streets as well as the beautiful grounds of the heritage castle of Sydney wedding reception venue, Curzon Hall.  The night was led by MC Elvis Miletic and guests partied the night away filled with the warmth of two beautiful families coming together.
