“Give me a lifetime of promises and a world of dreams”
Justin + Domenique met in their teens, while still at high school. They didn’t go to the same school and Justin was in the grade above Domenique but they knew of each other through Justin’s cousin. Justin messaged Domenique but she kept dismissing him. They saw each other at a party and Justin tried again to ask Domenique out and this time she accepted and the rest is history!
Seven years later and they won a photoshoot competition and were working around Justin’s work schedule to book it in. They settled on a date and Justin suggested lunch beforehand. Domenique says:
“I went to pick Justin up and he was directing me where to go, I have no sense of direction so would not have known where he was directing me too. We ended up in a park near Balmain and Justin was insisting that there was a restaurant that he knew of down stairs that we should eat at. So I was walking along the path in the park and we were looking at the boats in the water when I noticed he started to walk slower and was behind me. As I turned, he had dropped to one knee, with a beautiful ring in his hand and said ‘I love you so much, will you marry me?’. I burst into tears, fell to my knees and was in shock. Of course I said YES! I had no suspicion that he was going to propose that day and was over the moon”
Justin + Domenique were excited to finally get married and have a memorable and fun day with their friends + family. They had a beautiful ceremony at Our Lady of Victories in Horsley Park. We had a laid back portrait session with their bridal party at a bar, before their beautiful reception at Novella on the Park where they partied the night away!
