“Love will always find a way“
Sandros + Brenda met in Sydney while Brenda was on holidays from Canada. There began a long distance romance. After 6 years, Sandros planned a romantic day with Brenda, starting with some flower picking. This set the scene for Brenda to think Sandros was going to propose however he kept her guessing as he took her for some gin tasting. It wasn’t an entirely happy experience – being out in the sun in heels picking flowers left Brenda sweaty and miserable and she wanted to go home. Sandros says:
“I had people setting up another location for the proposal and they needed an hour. We left the gin tasting very early and an angry missus not talking to me in the car. I had notified the people setting up they had 10 minutes to finish the set up. Went to the set up and thank God everything was ready and she was relieved especially after getting her angry just before”!
Sandros + Brenda planned a Sydney wedding with much of the planning taking place while Brenda was in Canada. Sandros was excited to see Brenda come down the aisle in her wedding dress. After traditional dancing which set the celebratory tone for the day, they met at the alter at St Thomas the Apostle Chaldean & Assyrian Catholic Church in Bossley Park. Our newlyweds then enjoyed a photoshoot with their bridal party in the city before a reception at Lantana Venues where they hosted 700 guests (our largest wedding to date!)
