“Looks like we made it. Look how far we’ve come my baby”
Sean + Seda met at Macquarie University in 2015 when they were both catching up with a mutual friend in the food court for lunch. Seda says:
“My first memory of us that day is when I beat him in not just one but all games of foosball we played together that afternoon. However, Sean would say his first memory of me was when I apparently cut him off in line when ordering food – too be honest it does sound like me, I am Turkish after all – I’m never not hungry”.
Seven years of dating followed and Sean + Seda were on holidays in Cairns. Seda had found a hiking trail in the Atherton Tablelands that ended in a beautiful gorge. They had just bought a drone before the trip so she was flying it around and Sean told her to turn it around to face them so they could get a fun video. This is when he proposed!
They planned their wedding excited to spend the day with friends and family, as well as see each other for the first time down the aisle. They said their vows in the beautiful gardens of the heritage castle at Sydney wedding reception venue, Curzon Hall. We went for our bridal party portraits around the grounds before their reception where they partied the night away!
